 | Brent McCraw Director
Brent McCraw is director of Pathways Treatment Center. Previously, he was marketing coordinator for Centra Health’s Mental Health Services.
He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from James Madison University and a master’s of education from Lynchburg College. His clinical experience includes mental health, employee assistance and chemical dependency services.

 | Dr. Gregg Albers Medical Director
Dr. Gregg Albers is Pathways' Medical Director. He was trained at the Medical College of Ohio and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Mercy Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.
In his spare time, Dr. Albers has authored four books, has hosted a nationally broadcast radio program, "Health Journal", and works with publishers of books and periodicals for articles and editing. He is currently working with administration to bring a School of Medicine to Liberty University. Dr. Albers has practiced in Lynchburg for the last 23 years.

 | Judy Campbell Counseling Coordinator
Judy Campbell, L.P.C., L.M.F.T., L.S.A.T.P., C.S.A.C., is counseling coordinator at Pathways Treatment Center. In addition to being a licensed professional counselor, she is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a licensed substance abuse treatment team practitioner, and a certified substance abuse counselor.
She holds a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Mary Baldwin College and a master's degree in agency counseling from Lynchburg College. Judy has been with Pathways for 15 years.

Jackie Hitchman, R.N., has been the clinical nursing coordinator of Pathways Treatment Center since 1995. She is a graduate of Norfolk General School of Professional Nursing. Jackie has been with Pathways for 14 years.

 | Bill Gordon Admissions Coordinator
William Gordon is admissions coordinator at Pathways Treatment Center. Previously, he served as a primary counselor at Pathways in addition to various clinical, administrative and sales positions throughout his career.
Gordon earned his bachelor of science degree at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his master of education degree in counseling at Lynchburg College. He is a certified substance abuse counselor by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

Nikki Thomas, M.Ed., joined Pathways in February 2007. She holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Liberty University and a master's of education degree in community counseling from Lynchburg College. Nikki previously completed an internship at Pathways.

 | Dr. Richard Oliver Adult Psychiatrist
Dr. Oliver is a general/adult psychiatrist with Centra Health's Piedmont Psychiatric Center and Pathways Treatment Center. He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed his residency in psychiatry at the University of Virginia Medical Center and participated in a family practice residency program at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Dr. Oliver's areas of interest include affective disorders, alcohol and drug abuse, crisis intervention and the interface of psychiatry and religion.

Pam Divers, C.S.A.C., is a counselor for Pathways for Women. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Pam is a certified substance abuse counselor and has been with Pathways for seven years.

 | Robert Smith Outpatient Counselor
Robert Smith, C.S.A.C., M.Ed., L.P.C., is an outpatient counselor. As a certified substance abuse counselor, he holds two associates' degrees from Central Virginia Community College, as well as, a bachelor of arts in history and a masters of education from Lynchburg College.
Robert was presented the Outstanding Alumnus Award by Central Virginia Community College and the Citizen Achievement Award by the NAACP for his service to the community and academic excellence. Robert has been with Pathways for 19 years.

Melisa M. Stone, M.Ed., L.P.C., family counselor, conducts the Family Education Program and Family Continuing Care group. She is also a counselor for Pathways for Women.
Melisa holds a bachelor of science degree in therapeutic recreation from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master of education in agency counseling from Lynchburg College. She has been with Pathways for 11 years.

Carey Calloway, B.S., is a counselor for Pathways for Men. He holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology and is a candidate for his masters of education at Lynchburg College. His area of specialization is in community counseling.
Carey is a member of the Virginia Counselors Association and a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the International Honor Society of Professional Counselors.

 | Brian Suchocki Counselor
Brian Suchochi, M.Ed., is Pathways newest counselor. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and received his master of education degree in counseling from Lynchburg College.
Brian previously work at an in-patient adolescent drug and alcohol treatment center in Pennsylvania prior to moving to Virginia. He then worked at Centra's Rivermont School in Lynchburg before coming to Pathways.
Mr. Suchocki is a member of Chi Sigma Iota and Alpha Kappa Delta, the international sociology honor society.

Pier Haythe-Payne, R.N., has been with Centra Health for 2 years and recently joined the Pathways team. She has been a psychiatric registered nurse since 1981, with her specialty being in addiction. Pier will complete her bachelor of science degree in nursing this coming winter.

 | Rosa Hilber Environmental Services Technician
Rosa Hilber has been employed at Centra Health since 1982. She is in charge of all four floors of the Barker Cowling building. Rosa stays in great shape by walking regularly and dancing to live music, her favorite being rhythm and blues. She has five children and four grandchildren.
